1.1. All intellectual property rights subsisting in this website, associated social media accounts, and related materials—including but not limited to images, text, design elements, graphics, software, and overall presentation—are owned by or licensed to PPF-Online.

1.2. No part of the website or its content may be copied, reproduced, adapted, distributed, or otherwise exploited without the express prior written consent of PPF-Online.

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1. When creating an account with PPF-Online, you warrant that all information supplied is true, accurate, and complete.

2.2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity conducted under your account.

2.3. PPF-Online reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to suspend or permanently terminate any account where a breach of these Terms and Conditions is suspected or confirmed.

3. Acceptable Use

3.1. You shall use this website and its services in a lawful and responsible manner.

3.2. Without limitation, you shall not:
(a) harass, defraud, or infringe upon the rights of any third party;
(b) introduce or distribute viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
(c) impersonate another individual or misrepresent any affiliation;
(d) attempt to compromise or interfere with the website’s security or data integrity;
(e) publish or transmit defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful material; or
(f) access or use another person’s account without their explicit permission.

3.3. Breach of this clause may result in suspension, restriction, or termination of access without notice.

4. Sale of Goods

4.1. PPF-Online supplies bespoke pre-cut Paint Protection Film (“PPF”) kits and related accessories.

4.2. While all reasonable efforts are taken to ensure product descriptions and specifications are accurate, minor variations may occur.

4.3. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.

5. Payment Terms

5.1. We accept payment by debit card, credit card (excluding American Express), and BACS transfer.

5.2. By submitting payment details, you authorise PPF-Online to collect the full amount displayed at checkout.

5.3. All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery charges are applied at checkout.

5.4. PPF-Online reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where payment is declined, unauthorised, or suspected to be fraudulent.

6.Delivery and Risk

6.1. Standard delivery within the United Kingdom is ordinarily fulfilled within two (2) to five (5) working days. PPF-Online does not ship to any international destinations.

6.2. Delivery charges shall be calculated and displayed at checkout.

6.3. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. PPF-Online accepts no liability for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect information. Returned parcels will only be re-shipped upon payment of additional delivery fees.

6.4. Risk in the goods shall pass to you upon delivery. Title shall not pass until full payment has been received.

7. Cancellations and Returns – Bespoke Orders

7.1. As each order is manufactured to individual specification, cancellations are subject to the following:
(a) You may cancel within fourteen (14) days of purchase, provided production has not commenced;
(b) Once production has commenced, cancellation or amendment is not permitted.

7.2. Notification of production commencement shall be communicated by email.

7.3. Where goods are defective, damaged in transit, or materially inconsistent with their description, PPF-Online will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the goods. In such cases, reasonable return costs shall be covered.

7.4. Refunds will not be granted for “change of mind” once production has commenced.

7.5. Returns are accepted strictly on a case-by-case basis and must be pre-approved by PPF-Online. Where authorised, a returns form shall be issued.

8. External Links

8.1. External links are provided solely for convenience. PPF-Online is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of linked websites. Accessing third-party websites is entirely at your own risk.

9. Third-Party Goods and Services

9.1. From time to time, the website may feature goods or services offered by third-party providers.

9.2. PPF-Online does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for such goods or services, nor for the accuracy of information relating thereto.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PPF-Online shall not be liable for:
(a) any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses;
(b) loss of profits, revenue, business, or data;
(c) any loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the website or products.

10.2. PPF-Online’s total aggregate liability for direct losses shall be limited to the price paid for the relevant goods or services.

11. Indemnity

11.1. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PPF-Online, its directors, employees, and agents against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the website.

12. Disclaimer – Paint Protection Film (PPF)

12. Important Notice
    While PPF-Online’s Paint Protection Film is produced to high quality standards and intended for safe removal, there remains a risk of damage to vehicle paintwork. Such damage may include, but is not limited to, paint lifting, chipping, clear coat removal, or discolouration.

Risks are heightened where vehicles have:

• previously repaired or resprayed paintwork;
• aged, worn, or degraded surfaces; or
• paintwork that was improperly prepared prior to application.

1. Customer Acknowledgement
   By purchasing or installing PPF products, you acknowledge and accept that:

1. PPF-Online bears no responsibility for any damage arising from the removal of PPF;
2. Such damage may occur even on original factory paintwork; and
3. The condition of the paint and the method of removal are determinative factors.

1. Limitation of Liability
   PPF-Online, its officers, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for:

• repainting, refinishing, or surface repair costs;
• any damages caused during removal by you or any third party.

1. Customer Confirmation
   By placing an order, you expressly confirm that you:

13. understand the inherent risks associated with the installation and removal of PPF;
14. accept full responsibility for any resulting damage; and
15. release PPF-Online from all liability in connection therewith.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

13.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

13.2. Any dispute shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Severability

14.1. If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Amendments

15.1. PPF-Online reserves the right to amend or update these Terms from time to time.

15.2. Material changes shall be notified via the website (banner notice) or by email. Continued use of the services following notification shall constitute acceptance of such amendments.

16. Entire Agreement

16.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PPF-Online and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written.
